Accessibility

Alt text and caption pattern.

Alt text pattern

Describe the meaningful content, not every decoration. Example: “ANCHOR Arkansas logo with Arkansas outline and infinity symbol.” For campaign graphics, include the printed words shown on the graphic.

Caption pattern

[Person or object shown], [location if public and consent-cleared], [what is happening], [why it matters]. Do not include private health, school, family, or crisis details unless explicitly approved.

Image safety boundaries

Avoid stereotypes, pity framing, fake “meltdown” photos, police-contact dramatization, inaccurate Arkansas maps, stock medical panic scenes, and imagery that implies diagnosis, rescue, custody, or official government authority that has not been granted.
