ANCHOR Arkansas stands for Autism & Neurodivergence Community Health, Outreach, and Response. It is a proposed statewide access and support system designed to help autistic and neurodivergent Arkansans, families, professionals, agencies, and rural communities find support before situations become crises. The system includes public education, regional support access points, a voluntary Access Passport, training, communication tools, resource mapping, and coordinated referral pathways.
